This is what we carry.
A flag is a symbol. Carrying it is a choice.
You don’t have to physically carry a flag to Carry The Flag. It means showing up for the people counting on you—and setting the example for the next generation.
Your family.
Be present. Do the work. Set an example the next generation can follow.
Your crew.
Have their backs. Keep your word. Be someone others can count on.
Your community.
Give your time. Remember the sacrifices. Leave things better than you found them.
From a message to a movement.
Real people. Shared responsibility.
At a workout, a memorial climb, or in everyday life—the mission is the same. Show up. Remember what matters. Carry it forward.

The question that started it.
“Who’s gonna carry the flag, Chris?”
One morning at the fire station, a buddy asked Chris if he was doing the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. Life was busy. He wasn’t planning on going.
His buddy’s response stayed with him.
Some of these new guys weren’t even born when 9/11 happened. They don’t even know that 343 firefighters gave their lives that day.
Carry The Flag was born from that question—and the responsibility to remember, to show up, and to set an example.

One morning at the fire station, I was getting ready for a workout when a buddy asked if I was doing the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb that year.
I told him I wasn’t — family obligations, life getting busy.
He looked me dead in the eye and said:
"Chris, some of these new guys weren’t even born when 9/11 happened. They don’t even know that 343 firefighters gave their lives that day. Who’s gonna carry the flag, Chris? Who’s gonna carry the flag?"
That moment hit harder than any workout ever could.
It sat with me for months.
Because he was right.
Carry The Flag was born from that question — and from that responsibility.
Freedom Isn’t Free.
Carry The Flag.
Freedom isn’t free. Carry The Flag.
Carry it forward.
